Love it. My kid think the slip-n-slide is the best thing ever. So much fun. I think I would break something if I tried to slip and slide now. LOL

Slip n slide - one childhood activity that has stood the test of time! A few years ago we drug out a large piece of plastic and the sliding begun. I took a couple turns - you know, there are muscles we don't use in our late 30's, but slippin and sliddin WILL find them! :)

Jane - are those garbage bags?

Here in farming country, we use poly-pipe - there is always a farmer that has a long piece at the end of his roll willing to give us enough for a great slip and slide. so much fun!

What a great way to spend a hot day!! We still have school until the 29th here, and the weather has been cool with rain every 4 days or so.
Can't wait for sunshine - though then I'll be complaining about the heat :)

Jane,

Love this idea. I only wish we had the room to make this a possibility! My oldest daughter did this at camp a few years back and they added soap to make it just more fun and bubblily.

That was exactly what our slip-n-slide looked like as a kid. Fun!
