Stay at home, rebellious, artsy-crafty, homeschooling mama of 4 kids, 3 boys (17, 15, 10) and 1 girl (6). Married to the man I can't imagine not sharing my life with. A Child of God, my Father...everyday I awake covered in His Grace I am amazed...cause I'm still trying to get it right and struggle everyday to do it!
Love it. My kid think the slip-n-slide is the best thing ever. So much fun. I think I would break something if I tried to slip and slide now. LOL Cute goggles.
Slip n slide - one childhood activity that has stood the test of time! A few years ago we drug out a large piece of plastic and the sliding begun. I took a couple turns - you know, there are muscles we don't use in our late 30's, but slippin and sliddin WILL find them! :)
Here in farming country, we use poly-pipe - there is always a farmer that has a long piece at the end of his roll willing to give us enough for a great slip and slide. so much fun!
What a great way to spend a hot day!! We still have school until the 29th here, and the weather has been cool with rain every 4 days or so. Can't wait for sunshine - though then I'll be complaining about the heat :)
Love this idea. I only wish we had the room to make this a possibility! My oldest daughter did this at camp a few years back and they added soap to make it just more fun and bubblily.

That was exactly what our slip-n-slide looked like as a kid. Fun!
the fact that it is homemade makes it that much cooler!!! What fun :)
Oh yes, been there done that
it's not about the fancy
it's about the MEMORIES
and we need to make them as often as possible
I ALWAYS wanted a slip and slide when I was growing up....
Looks like summer is starting out right!!!
What kid doesn't love this! Looks great.
I think I would break something if I tried to slip and slide now. LOL
